What are some things that would keep my tractor in great condition if I use it less than once a month?
Oil & Fuel If you dont use your tractor as much as you like

I would think the most important thing would be to keep it dry and not subject to alot of humidity.

Sunlight is a big killer as well. Battery tender, yearly oil change at minimum, I have heard of people jacking there tractor up so that the wheels don't get flat spots but that is for long periods.
Best thing you can do for it is use it. Start it once a week and drive it around, Use it once a week instead of the quad. you might find more to do with it than you think ;-)
