I live at base of the snow covered mountain. When I was a kid, that whole thing was logged and one time I found a bunch of truck tires on a landing at the top.
Just like to guy in the OP's video, I sent them things flying down. As I remember, those tires bounced a LOT higher than the one's in the video!

Probably due to the fact that the ramp (ground) did not break. Wish they would have had a translator.
