I find it interesting that Island Tractor traded up his CK20 for DK45se and I could be wrong, but I think he bought it from Keith Wallace. His CK20 dealer was the same as mine. There's a good sized Kioti dealer in RI that Island tractor could have used, but he chose Keith.

I think you are referring to Rick Wallace and yes that is who I bought by DK40se from. Rick and his crew do a good job of providing support by phone but having your dealer 300 miles away is sometimes tough. For me it was not such a stretch as my tractor is on an island so even a trip to the closest dealer is a pain and I therefore try to do everything myself (with a little help from Rick and my friends on TBN:) ).

I appreciate your desire to keep the tractor indoors (I keep mine in a barn) but these things are in fact designed to survive outdoors 24/7. No doubt they'll last a bit longer if kept indoors and the paint will certainly look better but I wouldn't get too concerned about having a tractor sitting on a dealer's lot for a few months in the Spring/Summer.

For what it's worth, Rick sells so many tractors that they barely have time to get them assembled from the crate before they are out the door to the customer.

Give me a call if you need a switch, there was a part number change on the switchs which usually indicates a part change. We have the new ones instock now.
