IH 3616 hydraulic problem

Have a IH 3616 with 3141 Backhoe out of 1960's(?). The backhoe hydraulics lock up and bog the engine in various positions. Hoe lifts but bogs on push down, outriggers bog in both directions. Loader lifts but bogs on curl. Hydraulic fluids at correct levels, seems there is something flatly blocking flow in various movements. Any ideas?

That is easy enough to check.

Remove the hose from each cyl and place in bucket, and move the lever for the spool that controls that cyl, and see if the valve is working correctly.

Have you checked any pressures?

Could there be any trash in you BH valve.

Are the hydraulics on the tractor working correctly?

Check them QD's for proper operation.
