IH 420 square baler manual

Does anyone have a diagram of the knotters for an IH 420?

I need to see what part to move to get the knot to split off the billhook better.

It's making a knot, but not coming off and therefore not cutting the twine.

Sounds like the duck bills are rough and need replaced. Ed

Do you think just taking an emery cloth to them will smooth em out?
