Hey all i have a IH 424 utility tractor and would like to put a set of remotes on it anyone know how i would go about doing it tia

I know how I would approach it, but how you would go about doing it would depend on a few different factors. Are you familiar with open center hydraulics at all? Are you hoping to install all (or at least most) factory, O.E.M. components, and wanting it to look "factory" when finished, or just looking to add a valve, lines, and a pair of couplers? Are you comfortable with minor fabrication?

Is that valve power beyond capable with a built in relief valve? Do you have the power beyond sleeve for it? If so, then what's the hold up? All you need to do is interrupt the pump pressure line, ( that should separate somewhere near the engine/transmission split area) connect a hose from that point to the valve pressure port. Another hose from the pressure out (power beyond sleeve) back into the other side of the line you interrupted, and a third hose for a sump return. . For that you need find (or make) a suitable port on the lift housing somewhere. That's basically it. The rest is just nuts and bolts.

That doesn't look like a valve I would consider using for what you are hoping to do. I don't see a relief valve anywhere, and don't see any power beyond capability. If you connect that valve directly in line from the pump with no relief, you will bust something wide open the first time you use and bottom something out. I'd be looking for something else.
