Illegal to buy gas?

Does anyone else experience this? We have trucks, tractors, gators, etc. I like to keep the tanks full, the tractors are always fueled and ready ... EXCEPT my wife's 03' 1500 Ram, I swear she thinks its illegal for her to buy Gas!

Everytime we decide to use it, which is very seldom, its an 03' with 22K miles, its near EMPTY!! When I ask her why she fails to stop and put gas in she gives me that puppy dog look and simply replies ... "I forgot Honey" or "I was in a hurry to get back in to help you"

Its it law that its illegal for a woman to purchase Gas?

This is the reason I took the key to my truck away from my wife! it caused a small arguement for about 20 minutes, but she finally ceded to the fact that I was right, although she would not say it aloud.
Funny thing is, 4 times a day, 6 days a weel, she drives right by a FULL SERVICE gas station!.

And then she pays the credit card ??

Her car, her mileage, her wallet. Unless of course I have taken the car all week to run errands or go out of town then I will top up and pay

Only thing worse is going to bath room and finding that she didn't refill the toilet paper roll, that is also a lady thing

GASP! A FULL SERVICE gas station still exists in this day and age! What a concept. I wonder if it will catch on.

My wife is just the opposite. She's always filling up my vehicles. She was doing so often I never saw the tang go down and I thought I was getting 50 mpg on my truck.

Heck we were driving the other day and I said Man I can't even remember the last time I filled this thing up the tank never goes down. She looked at me with those daggers and said " I FILL IT UP" ...err oh OK thank you dear.

Yep.. its the only one in the town of 25000 that I live in.. I try to get her to support them, yes, it costs about 10 cents more a gallon that self serve, but thats only a $1.30 extra for her car from empty to full, plus tip. They always deal with the stupid TPMS on her car, which means that I dont have to. !!! If they sold diesel, I'd buy fuel there. They do all my state inspections, always buy my wiper blades there. Been trying to throw them all the business I can.

Hasn't changed ... even though we have discussed it. Just Yesterday she flew by the field I was working ... in her TRUCK!! I knew my diesel had to be low ... she stopped by on her way home to bring me a cold drink ... I told her I was surprised she drove her dodge ... (03' model with about 33K on it) She says ... Its needs to be driven once and awhile !!

I said ... ah come on now my truck had to be low on fuel ... she told me ... Yep ... and I though you may need it !!!
