JROBYN, The three F's, family, friends and food. You can hardly beat that. When I was younger, my family of five consumed three hogs per year that weighed about 350-375#. Of course we ate it fresh, canned tenderloin, sausage and cured the hams, shoulders and middlings. Mom made souse meat of the head and some other spare parts. Your photo and my memories are making me hungry again. Got to go to the frig but won't find any of the good stuff we're talking about.
