I'm not sure what to do? Need help please

I have a jd4066r it has had nothing but problems(recall axel leaks hydraulic problems they haven't fixed), only have about 150hrs on it and it's almost 2 years old. Dealt with corporate and they can care less. Dealer mentioned trading up to a 5 series. I do some row crops a small Christmas tree farm and deer food plots. Will it be worth the loss I'll take to move up. And will I notice a big difference in power etc

Change brands and find Happiness!

Any loss on trading up is just supporting a bad dealership and untrustworthy company.

Wait! It's covered under warranty and they won't fix it? If that's the case Get ye in touch with the State Atty Generals office. NY is. Garbage taxaholic **** hole but an active states atty generals office is one of its few good aspects. I've used that office once after getting screwed on a generator during the ice storm and the creepers ponied up the $$$ out of state no less. On another occasion I just threatened to file and that old had that hag who'd been giving me the artful runaround all but bent right over. Magically, mysterously that lost missing money was found. That was during Elliot Spitzers rein but this Schneidermans no joke either. Nuts on the BBB , all they are is a self governing body with a report card , schneidermans office :shocked:bites. They get a call and it will scare **** out of them and they don't take "call me later" for an answer.
You won't gain any friends going this route but then it looks like you don't have any with that dealer to begin with. Who know, it's unlikely but you might even qualify under the Lemon Law. Or they'll " give you a deal on that bigger one or buy it back just to make you go away. Like. They say in jail. " Be The Man or you can be a punk". It's YOUR $$$$$ so don't let them get away with it.
