Thank you everybody for the -er "compassion".... 
I guess the main problem finally showed up on the 4-in-1 valve. If the weather was warm here, I doubt the problem would have been found. The combination of cold weather, stiff o-rings did the trick.
There was a post some time back where another member had a similiar problem but I can't seem to find that one.
With only 170 hours on it, everything is under warranty and frankly my dealer has been fantastic.
I did see the post on the welds but mine seem fine.
