Immensity of Glen Canyon/Lake Powel

Back in 1999 and again in 2001 or so we did the house boat rental thing on Lake Powell. The lake is so huge and the sandstone looks so much alike that it is easy to get lost on the PWC's.

My brother enjoys the lake so much they bought a time share house boat and go every year.

This thing dwarfs Folsom Dam which is the biggest around here.

Check out Oroville, the biggest earth filled dam in the whole da%& world. Folsom may not be huge, but its importance is being felt as we speak.
