Brandon, that link sure makes it look like you're right. I probably didn't even need to download BVRP's Phone Tools; however, I haven't tried the instructions in the link, since I at least have my fax working with Phone Tools now. Too bad Dell's support people didn't know about that link./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
I first thought I'd just leave it aone, since my fax works now, but then I decided I'd just have to try the directions in that link, since it says XP Home edition. Well, all that did was get me back to that same screen asking for that file from the CD that doesn't exist./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif Reckon when Dell made their OEM modifications to XP, they deleted that file?
