Yes, and a very busy dealership as well that takes excellent care of most of their customers.

I think if a new person moved into the area and brought their tractor with them which they had purchased at their old residence out of state, that would be a totally different scenario. There are always exceptions to every situation.

I guess we have differing opinions on what "reputable" or maybe "ethical" means. I prefer doing business with companies that take excellent care of all their customers.

I wonder how busy they'd be if they treated all customers as valuable customers? I wonder who else they're screwing over...cause if they're doing to one guy they're doing it to others.

Here's one more thing to think about. If you take a loan out on your new tractor purchase who ever loans you the money will most likely file something in your state that lists them as the lien holder. As states wise up they can use that information to see if you paid taxes. Since it's most likely something of value it's worth it to the state to do a little research. For a $50k tractor that's $3000 if you have a 6% tax rate. Between the tax money and the fine you'll most likely pay it's worth it for the state to do a little research.

I'd buy out of state to avoid sales tax, **** yes. I buy everything I can online out of state. I pay PLENTY of taxes. To **** with this DipShit governor we have.
