Point is he was in my lane and that time of morning the axle wasnt visible until you were upon him.

Point is there is a large difference between a smaller tractor with a 6 foot bush hog roading then an over width piece of farm equipment.

He has a combative attitude? You need to look n the mirror and stop lying to yourself about your true intent.

Sorry but anyone who purposely runs someone off the road and basically brags about it is going to get a lot of combative feed back!


Sadly for us all the reality out there is that there are some very bad people that it would be wise to never cross!

My only caution for you is to be careful because one day someone might turn that fairy tale into a nightmare for you and rational people like me would say to the police something like I didn稚 see a thing even when we know who got you!

But as can be seen here you will just play the victim card by accusing everyone of being afraid, when in fact we were just glad to see you finally get it handed back to you!

I laugh at the guy at the end of the road and the fools who ditch themselves trying to force thier will but if he was purposely going out to the other lane to do it I would have a lot of involvement with the police each and every time because that is not just combative, it痴 out right endangerment of others!

By the way your right of way does not imply you can do anything you want! You might be wise to have a sit down with an attorney and have him explain your duty under those laws a little better because based on your statements here you have already shown enough guilt to have me convict you if I was on a jury at an endangerment trial!
