I had to shim the pump in my 790 (it's actually shimming a relief valve so the system works at a higher pressure before the valve opens).
If JohnnyDark does up his loader capacity, I suggest he just be realistic in his expectations. It'll help a little bit, but that's about it. If you need that much more capacity, you need a bigger tractor.
As far as adjusting the hydraulic pressure on the loader on a Farmtrac...well, be advised I'm pretty sure these machines aren't in the US market any longer so if you do damage, you may not be able to fix it. And, increased lifting capacity will put more strain on the front axle (make sure you use rear ballast!!!) and the frame of the tractor which results in more wear and tear.
