On my YM2310 it appears as though I can flip the inner rims to gain about 3 or 4 inches of width on each side, am I dreaming or is this doable.

That is the way it was made to work. Turn them around and look carefully at the rims as they are adjustable also. You may need to move them from one side to the other in order to keep the tread in the correct orientation to get the width that you want.

Check in the owners manual and it should have diagrams to show the settings.

Figured as much thanks. If anyone has the actual diagrams that would help as there is minimal info in the aftermarket manual other then keeping the tires in the correct direction.

My tractor had almost flat centers that were welded to the rims... flipping was only worth a couple inches.... would have been nice to have that two piece style

That rim looks soooo new, clean and the bolts look very fresh. Is this a UTDA machine?
Picked it up from Arizona Tractor about 6 weeks ago, called and spoke to Frederick's and they really were not interested in shipping assistance.

Little grinder work and reweld and any offset you desired is possible...

Well at least another 3-4" a side... that said, it would also require removing the tires and tubes from the rims... lotta work and if you want it skinny again, start over....
