We had a great Indian corn harvest this year. We are going to have it milled into cornmeal and grits.

Very nice.

I tried Indian Corn a couple years back, but ran out of growing season. It almost made it. :laughing: Not quite mature enough to dry off without rotting.

Cornmeal and grits are seldom here, but people like it for fall and Halloween decorations.
