Tiller "Industrial" Brand Tillers

\"Industrial\" Brand Tillers

Does anyone have any information on "Industrial" Tillers. From what I understand, they are a private label line of tillers made by Sicma, basically the same tiller as a First Choice or Sicma, 6 tines per flange, slip clutch PTO shaft, chain drive, red in color. They look to be well built, however, any feedback would be appreciated.

Industrial Brand tillers are made by Sicma but are the lightest grade that Sicma makes. They use the lighter gearboxes, chains, transmission drives and lighter stamped tailgates on these tillers. The Industrial tillers are ZLL's, not a ZLS's as the First Choice tillers. Goforth Enterprises is selling these at actions as is with no warranty so just be careful. The smaller models under 60" are likely ok.

Thanks for the feedback. The one that I looked at (48") actually looked like a cross between the ZLL series and the SB series (did not see ZLS on Sicma website). It had the stand on the corner and the center link structure did not have the openings like the ZLL series. Anyway, thanks for the heads up.

These tillers came about as a result of WAC asking for a lower priced tiller than Caroni. But WAC got into a fuss with Sicma and Goforth took the WAC orders. Sicma makes many things that are not listed on their website. The question is will First Choice start sell these lighter machines? I hope not.

Hello Mark--I asked Peiter (First Choice) about future plans and he said no light duty equipment under that label. Remember his slogan First Choice "The name says it all" --Ken Sweet
