injection pump problem

hello my name is Ricardo i bought a massey ferguson 563 with only 100 hours the problem is that the tractor wont idle it starts and runs at 10 rpm but wont go up or down i change the diesel and the filter any ideas

Some details? Is all of the throttle linkage in place and working, so that you can see everything moving in the proper manner? When you say "10 rpm" do you mean 1000 rpm? (Is the tachometer a "X10" readout?)

hello Irvingj thanks for trying to help me i solved the problem the injection pump was very dirty inside that tractor sat for 5 years i took the injection pump apart and spraid it with blaster there were some pieces that were not moving i put it back together and it runs like new thanks
