Might not even be useable for diesel, or something better may have come along, but I remember that 10 or 15 years ago Techron was the fuel injector cleaner of choice. I also like to use Power Service in all the diesel that comes thru.
And, our oil boiler guy put me onto a trick additive for cleaning and preventing heating oil (diesel) equipment problems from sludge and deposits. It is an enzyme treatment that is used like every three years in a 250 gal. tank. It just might do wonders for tractor systems, in the right amount, of course? I can't find the info at present, but I have some stored in the freezer.
