Injector Feeder Pump Needed

Today, on my TL2300 I changed my fuel filter, oil, and oil filter in preparation for winter. After bleeding the line the tractor fired up and ran for about 10-15 seconds and then shut down like the ignition had been cut off. I suspected an air lock going to the injector, but all air was out of the line.

The injector feeder pump is just dribbling on the output side and didn't seem to have much pressure. Plenty of fuel on the input side of the feeder pump. I pulled the feeder pump off and the eccentric cam stub seems to be badly warn down.

The feeder pump fits the Diesel Kiki (NPPE 104303-2040, 3RG930642). The Assy No is 515601-0142.

Does anyone have the feeder pump in stock for this Diesel Kiki injector or know a Bolen cross match?

Thanks for the offer Len, but sometimes we get lucky. I'd messed around with the injectors and the manual lift pump for several hours and had decided to try and find another manual pump or maybe install an electric pump.

In my last ditch effort to fix the blessed thing I'd noticed that the bleed screw inside the nut on the injection pump didn't open up very much. I was afraid to put too much torque on it, but noticed that it didn't seem to bleed much air. So finally I just gave it a hard turn and it loosened a lot more. Luckily, I didn't strip any threads or break anything. I re-bled the fuel filter, pumped up the feed pump and low and behold lots of little air bubbles came out. Can't get fuel to flow through an air lock. Didn't crack the injectors this time. Turned the key and the tractor fired right up. Live and learn.
