Agreed, my son did some really scary live fire training in shoot houses in the military, law enforcement and private security, but nothing like that, no need for it in my opinion.
Absolutely Insane...If they were going to do that ...Why not use Paint Ball guns...less permanent....Shows me if we ever have to fight the Russians we will win...Looks like they are stupid...
I was trying to count up how many IPSC/USPSA rules were broken in those drills, but I gave up after a while. They can train how ever they want, but I believe I will pass. I really don't need any extra holes.:thumbdown:

My son's training used simunitions for some of their scenarios as they could be used in normal weapons. He used paintball guns in some movements and training as well, but they were not as realistic for some things.
I understand the idea to react under stress, and in all reality nothing will 100% prepare you for that situation, but that is over the top. Notice when they slow it down in slow motion and the guy is pushing them back how he fires a round off in the ground at his feet,he probably doesn't realize it at the time.
