One thing to add on the financial side, Is it paid for? It is not uncommon for a seller to have a loan on a piece of equipment, that includes any accessories, that may come with the unit. See if you can get a copy of the satisfaction of loan letter from the seller if a loan was taken at the time of purchase. Tractors don't usually come with a title, that I am aware of, and any implements purchased at the same time as the tractor may have been included in the original equipment loan. Finance companies have been known to track down and seize equipment. If you can establish a paper trail from original purchase, loan if any, satisfaction of loan and then bill of sale to you you will sleep better.
