Installing a pre-hung entry door

It sounds like your floor is uneven which has made your threshold uneven and your corners off from 90 degrees. Have you checked the top of your frame for level (I'd bet it isn't)? Also, check the spacing from the outside between your door and your door frame on the latch side, at the sill and across the top to make sure they're even (I'd bet they're not). Get those things taken care of and your door will swing freely and easily.
