I just took delivery of a tooth bar for my TC33DA supersteer. The bolts that came with it are larger than the holes that are drilled in the sides of the bucket. I would guess there is about 1/8" difference on both sides.

Any ideas on easy ways to enlarge the holes? I hate to take the easy way and buy smaller bolts.

You have a couple of choices. You can get a a small round grinding wheel and using your die grinder or electric drill, enlarge the holes. Or you can get the correct size bi-metal hole saw and make the hole the correct size. I would vote for the bi-metal hole saw.

Do the stepdrill. That will be the easiest way to enlarge them.

Thanks guys, there is a Northern Tools store about a mile from my office. I have never used a step drill but it sounds like the right tool.

Harbor Freight is currently offering a set of 3 different sized titanium nitride step drills for $29.99 for the set.

Go with the step drill, the hole saw won't be much good since the hole is already there. No place for the pilot bit.
