instrument panel fogging

What does John Deere say about the loose wheel bolt problems on the JD 4000 series ?Is there an assigned case on this ?

I did'nt mention on my original post that while my 3310 was at the dealer for the fogging problem,they also worked on or replaced the tilt steering wheel mechanism.They said Deere issued some sort of repair bulletin on it.It did hang up on me until I sprayed some WD-40 on it.
By the way,the instrument does'nt fog up,but Ican still see moisture on the inside.I think I will have the dealer look at it again in the spring,after the threat of snow is over.

4200 also opaqued since '99 w/heavy dew wihin command and control center. As correctly defined, looked forward to letting my dealer squirm in the face of: "I be b....'n, you be fix'n!" Sure...SantaDeere-a-Clause found a fix to fumducket my freebe...Day before Christmas, a windy Eve in the Gig Harbor, WA climes, 4200 parked 10-15' off the port bow of one of those slick 10x20 tent tarp-shelters w/fabric sides, ends and roof. Shelterfull of junk, tractor exposed to the force 5 wind/rain. So what? With great care I had anchored the legs of the shelter with 8 lashed-on large sizedJohn Deere satchel counter weights.(those pricey and priceless, easy-to-hook-on buckwheats) Plenty of weight to hold down Mr. Tarp Shelter...I wish I had seen the sequential, preternatural physical eventsresulting in: wind flips shelter, weights catapultedinto Roman siege engine ballistics with one payloadweight coming to rest DIRECTLY in the 10-ring, center bull of my foggy bottom, 4200 instrument panel! Merry Christmas. Not a bad shot!

Cute (?) But sounds like the insurance company will be fixin, not Deere dealer. I could have missed something here, not sure.

Did any of you guys take the JD insurance?

My dealer said that JD did not have insurance and that they would not let him sell insurance. I had a hard time getting insurance on the tractor as a result. I am supprised to see a reference to JD insurance.
