How cold is it? We can apply spray foam at pretty low temperatures. Hard to believe it is too cold. Might need to turn up your house heat a bit but if it is inside your house it should be good. A trick is to build up a certain thickness to each lift so the heat of the foam reaction feeds the next lift.

The basement is 53* but the Knee wall reads 23*-32* yikes.Do you bring in warm tanks to spray a building? I have never done a house but I did an install job for foam at a factory. We had some mixed results with the foam. The foam company sent a guy out and he had us warm the tanks to 75* and the mix got better. I can warm the basement up with a coal stove we used before the OWB. I do have a kerosene blast heater but never have used it yet, helped a friend moving down south and he had no room or use for it anymore. My only fear would be carbon monoxide but I guess if I used it quickly I should be ok. I'll get quotes on someone doing it and compare to the kits and see how they come in. I do have an infrared thermometer and it seems to be fairly accurate, compared the IR temp reading to a dial thermometer I added to the house boiler and they said the same thing.

I would get the foam kit, find a warm day on the forecast, run the coal stove wide open for at least 12 hours to get the room as warm as you can, then spray the wall with a thin coat, don't expect it to rise much. After that has risen, go back over it with another coat and that one should rise much better.

I'm confused, foam kit?
Those are crazy expensive per board foot and difficult for a home owner to get right. Especially in the winter.
Hire a professional with a real foam rig and it will be cheaper and can be done any day.

Yea I do need to wait for some warmer weather to do this. And I will see what the pro's get vs a $200 kit that covers 200 bf. I do think the pro's might be the way to go. The kits are available from home depot or eBay.
