I am under the impression that they sold all their inventory to CCM last year, roughly November 2004 due to a family health crisis.

I had herd that to after I placed the order with them ,he said he was still around and very busy,but he took my order and said he could make me a cat 2 cylinder and send it out in a few days . do not know what to think bob

Kully....Did he cash your check? I heard they had some health problems as well. He didn't return my call for a couple of weeks about three months ago. I would just keep calling. That's too bad.

hi jim and yes he has my money,went to place the order, nobody would answer the phonethat is on his site. so I emailed them and he sent me his cell phone #via email the very next day. I called that day he answered the phone took my order and said he just signed up with pay pal to used that for payment . so he sent me a email with pay pal info for payment. and I completed the transaction right away,I had problems with pay pal using it, so he help me on the phone and told me how to do it ,and then said it would be ready in a few days that never happend. he has my money

I would give paypal a call. I think they will intervien if there is problems. You probably want to get this resolved soon as you need that toplink and may have to order from someone else. If you do re-order you could end up with two. But give paypal a call.

yes murph yesterday I called pay pal and made a claim against them, also called my charge card and did the same . funny as of just a minute ago I finialy got a call from jim at integration must of took all that for him to return my phone calls,unbelievable!!! so he said there was problems with the construction on how it fit my tractor which is a kubota m4900. so he has to make changes and said it will be shipped out on tuesday I guess I will see. told him when he provides me with a tracting # I will call to remove claims

Idiot is all I can say. The man could have called you with information. It's very bothersome to deal with people who don't keep paying customers informed. When the next person on TBN does some research on IE, they will find this post and likely look elsewhere. One simple phone call would have prevented this problem from being broadcast to the entire world.

Just because you can make something for sale, does not make one a business person. Most business operation is common sense, but lots of people don't have any.

Jim that is exaclty why most of us here say that dealer is so important. Anybody can sell a tractor, it's the service that you get that is important. In my business I tell my employees anybody can sell and install a furnace, "we are here to solve people's problems, that is why we are in business"

Guys,
Jim McCuan with IE is a stand up guy, as far as I know. I've met him and have been using his top link for quite awhile now.
I do know there have been some family/health issues in his life in the recent past.
I too have had some problems with return e-mails, but I know he's busy with life right now.

nomad it is not the money believe me it is the fact that when you purchase something and then never recieve it and you are waiting for your hydraulic top link for a job you want to used it on and then never recieve it so you wait and wait still not here and no follow up calls , bad buisness . if I would have knew this I would have bought somewere else

well just to give everybody a follow up ,yes murph I did give pay pal a call and they filed a dispute against integration engineering . spoke to them today and they said I should buy the product from somebody else , that the dispute was found in my favor, and he must return my money , I hate to do business this way

What happens if they can't recover the money from IE? Will PayPal put the money back into your account?????

junkman there is no insurance, only ebay transactions has the pay pal $1000 coverage . when I spoke to IE , jim told me he likes the pay pay because of the insurance it is good for the consumer ,little did I know it is only for ebay .as far as pay pal goes they will start to limit his transactions but it could take up to 75 days to recover my money, my charge card also will go after IE I guess credit leans etc .
