Wow!

From the New York Post, no less. Now that is a real authority on global economics, the futures market, and other things financial. I'm sure they will soon have a full front page photo of a nearly nude evil celebrity bent over filling the gas tank of her SUV just to prove their point.

I would not be any more trusting if it was the New York Times. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Aw, come on _RaT_, fess up. You're just saying that because there wouldn't be any photographic "evidence." /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

For those of you who don't believe, just check the latest profit gains of the oil companies.

Not questioning who is gaining; it's pretty obvious. Just having a little fun with the reputation of the 'news' source. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

If I had a hole in the ground with oil in it, I'd be filling up barrels with oil and selling them too. When the barrel price goes up, so do the profits of anyone with a oil well. If your not so lucky, I'd do what Mike is doing as well.

Interesting how this oil stock thing works. The few that own oil co stocks make money while most just pay more for gas. To a certain extent you are paying yourself ( oil stock owner) too.

Just a perverse observation/thought , not targeting anyone...

I know. But why not fill up your auto with fuel and get dividends too! Now that is the good part. Trying to buy more just need the wife to say fine and wait to see there first quarter is.
