maybe a bad pressure pop off valve ? I wander if any of the hyd cylinders have check valves in them ? I'm not sure how much pressure is in the return line, would be nice if you could put a sight glass fitting in that line and see if there is air in the fluid. You might want to ask your dealer about putting a sight glass fitting in the return line.
