Intermittant Hazard Flasher

My Hazard Flasher seems to be Intermittant. It flashes at first, and then seems to gust stay on. Of I turn it it off, ans back on, it might work a lottle. It stays on, steady. I can't figure out where the flasher is located, to try a replacement.
