Hello Ernie,
Unfortunately, the part I received from you is not the same part. The filter sets inside the cover and the hydraulic fluid is pumped from the tank through the filter and then up through the hole in the top of the cover. See attachment.
I plan on mailing out and returning your part tomorrow and I do appreciate your time and effort!
