Not to buy!!
I had another mechanic go out and look at the machine. The antifreeze looks like muddy water and the brakes don't work. He said $1k labor just to put new brakes on the machine.
A guy I know said he would run his dozer or excavator for $75 an hour with no delivery and I only pay for running hours on the machine. I am just gonna pay him.
I am actually kind of dissapointed about it lol. I wanted my own dozer :drool:

Sounds like you made the right choice. You are probably better off in the long run just paying someone to do the work. You will be better off to spend money on a big tractor to maintain everything after your land is cleared.
