Good Morning.

I read this forum for about a month and like it a lot.

Few month ago I got finally sick of my old crafstman and purchased real tractor. We live in rural VA and that poor thing was not up to the task of mowing around 3 acres. With a welder, open mind and creativity I was able to keep the mower running; learned a lot, but it was gettting old /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Soo, we got Kubota B1750 with 60" MMM - the primary task will be to mow the land, plus some logging in the woods and other stuff I used my Jeep CJ7 for. Actullay my wife is thinking about PTO tiller to be the first implement to get.

I love that thing, it cuts faster, more fun to drive, the construction of it reminds me of my jeep - very strong and solid unlike the tin style of the crafstman. Was quite surprised to read in manual to drive over the deck to mount it to the tractor /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif - I know it is normal for you, but I am used to tiptoe around the craftsman deck, because it breaks all the time.

You've just discovered a big difference between craftsman and Kubota.
Kubotas are built to take it.

Now you can have fun instead of frustration

What is a B1750? Is this a new model or an older model?
Did you say drive over the mower deck to mount it to the tractor?
I never heard of such a thing. Have you tried this yet?

1* * older model
2*He did.
3*You must not have been around Kubota Tractors in the mid 80s. that is how the MMM was mounted back then.
