IPT 589 vs Essex w/ 589 tread

I was going to order some 27" 589's and a lift kit for my RTV and then I noticed that IPT makes the 589's but if you purchase them from Essex the tires have their name on them and Essex calls them Essex 27" SureFoot with 589 tread pattern. Are they the same tire and which is better. I can purchase the IPT 589's from ATV Direct for $340.00 and Essex is $ 440.00

What are your thoughts?

Got my answer today from Essex. They have there's made much more H.D. Kevlar code, 6 ply walls, run flat, and better rubber.

Even though the Essex cost a little more it seems like a better tire for the RTV. IPT's would work fine ATV's but not so good on a HD UV.
