Its probably a Jinma or foton.
My guess is a Chinese loader and backhoe.
Its probably worth 2 to 5 K
But only if you have mechanical ability or free repair help.

Its a Jinma.... apparently similar to a JM254.

A 2003 model sold in 2012 at auction for $4100.00.
