I called ADECA - Water Resources Division and was told so long as I wasn't pumping greater than or equal to 70gpm's then I'm good to go, no permit is needed! The guy said they only require and permit starting at 70gpm's for irrigation. My riparian rights cover me! :cool2:

And you did NOT need to pay for a permit that would take months to get and a gazillion different signers! :thumbsup: Our county has been mapping "resources" including water. Now, in and of itself that is not a bad thing, but I worry what will happen when this information is cataloged and mapped. One point of interest was temporary streams which we have on our land.
There was a report in the WSJ about what people are having to do to recover from the NE hurricane. Unreal what scat those people are having to deal with. They were told, correctly, that they needed to rip out carpet, drywall, flooring, etc down to the structure of the house to prevent mold. They need a building permit to do this.
Unreal. The list of permits and catch 22's these people are running into is horrible. Later,
