Is a 486lb box blade too much for a 2320?

Joseph, I have the standard GB48 box blade, and have been very happy with it so far. It is built very heavy, and does a great job when used in either forward, or reverse. If I could change one thing I would have one more notch on the scarifer blades so they could be raised higher. I often just take them out though. I have had no trouble leveling areas with heavy sod without the scarifer blades down. I have used mine in the woods on my trails ( one reason for the 48" width), and it has worked well there too. I haven't done any "huge" projects with it, but here are some pictures of some smaller areas that I have worked on / created using it.

I would recommend a well built medium weight box blade. In most cases it doesn't matter how much weight your tractor can pull - it matters how much it will pull before you loose traction. if the blade is too heavy thats more material that you can't pull.
