If you want to run your 6' brush hog with your new tractor, the general recommendation is 5 pto HP for each foot of mower. Thus you will need at least 30 PTO HP. Of the tractors mentioned, only the L3830 has 30 PTO HP.

1Stumper: I have found my NH8970 does about the best job clearing land with its front mounted blade. I have to say IMHO that size matters when it comes to clearing property. The bigger you can get the better off you will be. Make sure your front blade is wider than your tractor.
