A good weather forecast website without ads and a gazillion menu options is

At the bottom of the screen is a slider bar for the forecast. Just click on the day in the future (out to 2 weeks). It does an excellent job of showing temperature plots with wind speeds indicated by the length of the arrows.

That just became my new 'go to map' for the weather. Thanks!
Temp here is supposed to go down overnight tonite to 7F and tomorrow night to 0F. No to worry, winters' back is broken.

Wife found a nice 3-3-1/2 ft blacksnake in a junk stack of old t-posts yesterday. SHE was NOT happy! She was afraid that she had mashed it. It was fine, and I WAS happy! Evidently it is offspring of one old REALLY big guy we used to see around here regularly that was well over 4 ft. Hope the new "little" one has lots of kin! Maybe we'll have fewer mice to deal with next winter.

Not officially till Sunday the 20th, but trees and bushes here in SW VA are budding. Grass looks like it's growing too.
