That's definitely bizarre. As pointed out in the article, there is no Bitcoin company to bail out. I would like to hear from @MinnesotaEric about what's going on with bitcoin right now. He started this thread, but his last post in this thread was Oct. 30, 2025.
I see that it is at about 62k right now, and it started at around 72k this morning.
I don't think this sudden plunge is good for anyone, no matter if you are invested in crypto or not. I'm glad I'm not invested in it right now. Or? Is now a good time to get into bitcoin?
It was that way for a day.I don't have precious metals but with gold & silver you have something tangible that will always be useful. One economist I heard said cryptocurrency actually has negative value not only because it's nothing real but it takes energy (electricity) running computers to mine it.
