Just an update on this. Over time the wrinkles in the seat began to disappear. Evenso, Barlow sent me another one that looks a lot better and took that one back. I think if I had kept it long enough however it would have looked normal. I guess they just pack them in the bubble wrap some way that pulls the vinyl out of shape.

My tractor was delivered with one of the old style "slider" seats that Kubota was supposed to replace with an upgraded seat. I think they were all supposed to be switched out, but maybe some dealers do it, others don't. Another guy on here also has one delivered about the same time as me with the old style seat.

Big difference ! Especially if you had Taco Bell night before !

What did the new seat cost and where is Barlow's?

The dealer I go to takes back the old sliders and sells a new seat for $25 if I recall correctly. If you don't have the slider you would pay much more for the new seat.

My seat was replaced for free, since I had just purchased my tractor. Barlow Equipment is located in Somerset, Kentucky.
