Is this a good deal??

Hey folks. First time post and I appologize up front for not being able to contribute before I go asking for help. I am looking to buy my first tractor and through a family friend, I came across a Case 480 F (Yellow Paint). I don't know the year, or how many hours it has on it, but it was kept indoors and kept up very well. The current owner seems to believe that it is just under 20 years old. Anyway, asking price is $7000 with a loader, box blade, and a 24ft gooseneck trailer, (no backhoe) all in good shape. Is this a good deal or should I keep looking. The trailer is about 7 hours away, and I am heading up this weekend to pick it up/or turn it down. Wanted opinions on my first tractor venture. Thanks in advance and I have allready learned a ton from the awesome folks on TBN.
