Is this a good price on a new 2010 ex450 tlb

Wondering if this is a good deal for this tractor, new 2010 ex450tlb $30,000.00. I couldn't find base prices online anywhere. Does anyone know how much the tractor itself is? Loader? Backhoe? If you have this tractor do you like it?

Price is a bit high. I've seen em on tractorhouse for 20K, for tractor and loader....add another 5-6K for the hoe. Supposed to be a very good machine.
