Is this the right fitting for my remote hydraulics?

Thank you for the clarification, all my couplers are ISO type.

Counter intuitive, I know. New style you do not have to do anything, but couple to be good to go. I've had the bottom lever of the coupler on my 2030 move and stop flow.
Drawing is not very good, but the lever, key 10 has cutouts at 6 and 12 o'clock (when the lever is pointing back). The cutouts allow coupling with out the poppet ball being pressed. Turn the lever 90° and the area without cutouts presses in the poppet ball of the tip. I do not know why JD chose straight back for couple and 90° to the side for flow. They could have built it just the opposite.

If those are truly breakaway, that would be nice to protect the hoses. I have tried to pull away from my 3210 bushhog and forgotten to uncouple after lowering on to the blocks. The ISO couplings do not pull loose......

My phone died last night and i just now got back on here and saw the replies. Im really glad to hear that it is the wrong fitting on the hose. It does still concern me that i am unable to get the detent balls to push in using the tip of my leatherman. Is that normal?

Per the request above, here is the link to the post regarding the post pounder that started all this!

I have had brush/limbs snag a hose and pull it free.

If the pounder was unhooked when it was cold out, the temperature change can build enough pressure to make the ball hard to press in. I usually loosen the tip from the hose. It does not take much to lock up the ball. So consider it normal, nothing to worry about.

I guess i should have spelled it out better. Ive never had the pounder on the tractor. The detent balls im talking about are inside the quick connect port for the remote hydraulics on the tractor.

I wouldn't be pushing on those in that connector. just sayin...

The ball in your tractor's breakaway coupler is forward* of the shaft of the lever that is on the bottom. No way to push it in. Turn the lever to the side and it pushes the ball in. Is your lever stuck???

* forward in relation to direction of the front of the tractor >

In this drawing, from JD parts, the lever is 23, the ball is 24, female socket is 6, the lever goes through back up ring 4 and o-ring 5, (top and bottom) and female socket 6, to the rear of the ball 24

I was referring to the coupler locking balls, #3 in the drawing. The locking balls are what rusted up on my ISO couplers, not the seal ball. Since it has been determined that the hose end is the wrong type for the breakaway block, rusted coupler lock balls are not the issue.
