Is your loader bucket level?

Sounds like the loader arms are tweaked, they are easily tweaked(not at the same height0). You need to tell your dealer to fix it now if it came that way.

I assume this was new. I'd have the dealer come out and pick it up before I started using it. If you use it and then decide you want it to be level, then you may have a hard time proving that the bucket was off from the beginning. For whatever you paid for the tractor, you should have one that was put together properly.

I would contact the factory rep on the phone and follow it up with a letter to the rep and a copy to the dealer.

Even 5/8's of an inch is 5/8's of an inch too much. If you wanted one not properly lined up and bent all to heck, you might as well have bought a badly worn used one and saved yourself a lot of money.

The dealer expects payment in full for a factory fresh tractor and loader, you expect a factory correct tractor and loader.

If they can't fix it, insist on a new tractor/loader combination. Your neighbor should have done the same thing when he took delivery on his Kubota.

Yep those mounting bolts in the back is what I was talking about. There is one more thing to try and that is to loosen the bolts by the latch plate in the front to hand tight and put the loader on with the rear mast bolts loose too. There are 4 bolts by the latch plate. Those moved quite a bit in my case to get the loader to work perfectly. Good Luck!

The only thing I can surmise is that the mounting arm was not welded exactly square on one of the mounting plates. There are no shims or washers. One side is either too low or too high. )</font>

If the arm is not square on the plate, perhaps arms and be removed and rotated to get the desired effect.

My 2210 was delivered with the loader "off" by about an inch. Dealer came out, took it back and looked it over "no problem found"....since loader would sit level with ground when placed in float mode. I played with tire pressure - no results. So I lived with it. The loader and the grill/hood are parallel so I knew it was something with the tractor frame or rear tires.

This year I replaced my turfs with a set of bar tires. To my amazement, my loader is now perfectly level with the ground. Close checking shows that one of rear turf tires is larger in diameter than the other (at the same PSI).

Wouldn't hurt to measure the diameter of both rear tires.
