I would not call it "grief " I feel its rather an inconveience at most for atv users. The only real inconvienece I can see coming from the law is $20 a year for tags and the insurance If you ride on land other than yours.
We do have to pay tax in OKLA on all items new and used also regardless of what it is.
guess getting an a resgistration in PA keeps people honest about paying taxes.
Good reasons for insurance I have witnessed first hand.
I witnessed an accident where a friend lost control of an atv and was ejected from the machine. ATV kept going and hit a car. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Ive seen another on a trail where 2 atv collided.
If someone is off riding on someone elses property than Its best that the atv rider protect themselves and others while on public or private trails where damage to persons and property occur.
As you know, we live under a rule of law and it looks like the majority of the people in your state want this law. If you dont like it you have the power to try to repeal it. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
