Is your's a 'back door' home?

Our old house was a side door house. The driveway curved around to the side door with a large porch where about everyone came to. Front door was used for ventilation in the summer. The back side door had a driveway to in also but rarely anyone came in that way. Our family used the back side door unless it was summer, then the front screen door.

Our house now is in the city so the only way to get the back door is to jump the fence. That is what I do. We have a three story, three car garage out back which is where I spend most of my time.

Front door though is how it is done in the city unless it is newer construction with a side garage.

Ours is a four door home. One for each point of the compass. The front door is never used, it is by far the best looking.

The back door is used the most.

The west side door is for the delivery people, I have no idea why they all end up there.

The east side door opens to our other house.
