Oil & Fuel Iseki K3A Injection Pump Issue

My Bolens-Iseki K3A has developed a problem that seems to be in the injection pump. I bleed it and it will start but runs rough and very rich. Then, after it warms up it starts to loose power and RPM's eventually shutting down. I installed a transparent fuel line. When it starts to slow down, I see fine air bubbles coming from the injector side. THE AIR IS NOTCOMING FROM THR FILTER SIDE. I have looked around everywhere I know and cannot find any answers. Also, a shop manual for the pump would be greatly appreciated.

Just trying to eliminate the easy stuff first - have you verified the air filter is not plugged? You can verify by running it briefly without it installed.

Air filter is off (even though all filters are new) to get to the pump easier..

I've seen fine bubbles in clear return lines also without running issues. Based on your symptoms I wouldn't conclude it would be the pump at this point but I've never seen a bad pump before and what it may do. I friend of mine owns a rebuild shop and in 20 years his experience has been either they pump or they don't. I was told the pump on my KE70 was shot by a pump shop and after $500 worth of "rebuild" the engine ran no different than before I took it there. I'm not saying it isn't the pump, just that I'd hate to see you go down the same road I did. Make sure the fuel is good, the timing is ok, and maybe have a shop test the injectors, those are much cheaper options and more likely to be the culprits until they are ruled not to be.
