ISEKI TS 3110 F

Looking for a service manual and or an Operators manual in English for my Iseki TS3110F or closely related model. 3cyl 35 hp.

Also want to add wheel weights to control the crabbing with a backblade in snow. Anyone know how much weight might be sufficient?
